Go Fish

Oh I’m a wretched worm I am
How often I still sin
Oh Lord, cast out what is no good
And catch- and reel me in

Swept around the current – strong
I feared ’twas all too late
But Jesus let me off the hook
And gave himself as bait

A small and happy fish I am
I swim against the tide
I slip right through the worldly net
Whilst bigger fish get fried

So pass this on to all the fish
In oceans lakes and pools
This journey is a learning one
That’s why we swim in schools!
